Partners
Andrew Brody
Andrew Brody is the managing partner of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University in 1981, an MBA from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Bar Association. In addition to the management of the operations of the firm, his practice is concentrated in tax planning and compliance for high net-worth individuals and their businesses. He often speaks to local groups on the effects of tax law changes businesses and individuals. Andrew lives in Weston, with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters.
Wayne Canner
Wayne Canner is a senior partner in the firm. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1980 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is responsible for the auditing and attestation department of the firm. He has experience with various industries including manufacturing, real estate, wholesalers, and condominium & homeowner’s associations. He also represents many foreign individuals in meeting IRS filing and tax withholding requirements, IRS representation and has extensive experience in forensic accounting and litigation support. Wayne lives in Cooper City with his wife, Nancy, and has been treasurer of his homeowner’s association for many years.
Rosalind Yan
Rosalind Yan is a partner in the firm. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University in 1982 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and both corporate and public accounting. Her focus is in the area of audits of not-for-profit organizations as well as condominium and homeowner’s associations. Certified in QuickBooks, she is the firm’s Pro-advisor who resolves all QuickBooks problems and issues. Rosalind lives in Cooper City with her son, Justin.

Nancy Canner
Nancy Canner, CPA, is the forensic accountant of the firm. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1978. She has been a forensic accountant for over 30 years. She has experience in numerous lawsuits involving fraud examination, damage calculations, and accounting malpractice. Many of these cases have resulted in large dollar recoveries for creditors. She has also provided expert testimony in fraud, damages and profiteering matters. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Forensics (CFF) and is a member of the Forensic Valuation Section of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
